Bradshaw concluded, “The event was moved to Johannesburg for the 5th Anniversary Edition because the Gauteng / Tshwane Region has the highest concentration of AI / Deep Tech companies on the African continent, nationally attracts 50%+ of all jobs in this category and South Africa is No.1 at attracting funding for AI / Deep Tech start-ups. The show will also showcase the new “State of AI in Africa Report” by the AI Media Group that was launched in partnership with WEF and UN ITU in June 2022.”
