Call for 2024 Speakers, Submission Process & Key Dates

DEADLINE – Call for speakers OPENS 1st February 2024
DEADLINE – Call for speakers CLOSES 30th September 2024
We normally receive in excess of 200+ submissions per year so get yours in EARLY!
This is a business focused event but DO NOT make your presentation overtly “sales” orientated
Submissions that are none compliant will be rejected – you MUST complete all fields in full
Ensure you can commit & travel to the event – THIS IS AN IN-PERSON ONLY EVENT !!
We DO NOT PAY speakers AND DO NOT cover travel, visa or accommodation costs – you must have a visa prior to submission!
The initial list of speakers will be notified in September 2024
The final speaker list will be issued October 2024
Once your speaking slot is confirmed you will be notified of the talk slot / date & time
You will present off your own laptop via HDMI – you must bring your own HDMI adaptor if required
There is a reserve list as we do get cancellations – so hang in there – we always have late slots to fill
